What You'll Rock:
- Be the right hand to our sales team, drafting orders and juggling paperwork
- Navigate the shipping game, interacting with freight wizards and tracking inventory like a pro
- You'll be up and about every 15-30 minutes, keeping things moving
- Master of scanning completed inquiries, maintaining those salesperson files
- Reporting and summarizing orders
- Phone pro: Handling everything from routing calls to hashing out shipping rates
Who You Are:
- 3 years administrative experience supporting sales teams
- MS Office is your playground (Excel, Word, Outlook), and 10-key data entry is second nature
